1. Scope and operator#
These terms govern use of the Saletise website, dashboard, and related tools. Contact Saletise at [email protected].
By creating an account or using a service after these terms are presented to you, you agree to these terms to the extent an agreement can lawfully be formed that way. You must have legal capacity to enter the agreement. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to bind it.
Privacy information describes our processing of personal data. Accepting these terms is not blanket consent to every form of personal-data processing or optional tracking.
2. Service scope and availability#
Saletise provides website analysis, generated content, lead discovery and ranking, automated outreach, launch tools, traffic settings, and related records. Features depend on readiness, configuration, plan, and third-party availability.
Coming-soon previews, example conversations, projected traffic, relative fit scores, and estimated reach are not evidence of delivered visits, consent, investor interest, sales, or purchases. No particular ranking, inbox placement, number of contacts, conversion, revenue, or publication outcome is promised.
The Saletise launch extension is available in the Chrome Web Store. Install it from the Launch setup card, then refresh Saletise to connect. Automatic launch requires a compatible extension in desktop Chrome or Edge. Other launch features depend on their own availability and configuration.
The documentation explains current operational defaults and limits. Those descriptions do not override mandatory rights or a separate written agreement.
3. Accounts and authority#
Provide accurate account and project information, keep access credentials private, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use. Only submit websites, content, contact information, and accounts that you have the right to use for the requested activity.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal information, confidential third-party material, or secrets in project descriptions, AI prompts, outreach copy, or support messages.
4. Automated email and publishing instructions#
Cold Emails is required in method selection. Newly created projects enroll in automatic outreach and can send once their setup is ready, without a separate Start click. Review the product facts, sender identity, and lawful basis for contacting the intended recipients before creating a project.
Stop outreach pauses new cold contacts. Existing conversations can still receive AI replies, and a message already being transmitted may finish. Recipient unsubscribe and suppression controls are separate. Starting a project again does not override an opt-out.
Launch workflows may publish, schedule, or submit project information to external platforms when you complete or authorize the relevant workflow. Review copy, rights to media, destinations, and platform requirements before proceeding. Do not assume an external publication can be withdrawn through Saletise.
You authorize us to perform the operations reasonably necessary for your selected services and instructions, subject to applicable law. This authorization is not permission to contact recipients unlawfully, impersonate others, or bypass platform restrictions.
5. Acceptable use and recipient rights#
Do not use Saletise for unlawful unsolicited communications, fraud, harassment, deceptive claims, unauthorized scraping, infringement, or attempts to bypass security, sending limits, or recipient suppression.
A publicly available email address, a lead-provider result, a high relevance score, or an unsubscribe link does not by itself establish permission to send marketing. Applicable laws may require prior consent, specific sender identification, notices, or other conditions. You must establish that your requested campaign is lawful for its recipients and destinations.
Provide accurate project and sender information and any legally required advertiser details. Do not ask the service to ignore objections or disguise the origin or commercial purpose of a message. These terms do not transfer away legal obligations that apply independently to Saletise.
6. AI-generated content and decisions#
AI may analyze a website, score contacts, draft messages, classify replies, or prepare launch copy. Outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. A conversation label such as Interested or Converted is an automated assessment, not independent proof of a purchase or visit.
Review information you supply, monitor automated activity, and use the available controls to correct or stop unsuitable activity. Saletise is not a source of legal, financial, investment, or other regulated professional advice.
7. Content and intellectual property#
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. You grant the permissions necessary to host, process, transform, transmit, and, when your instructions authorize it, publish that content to provide the service. This is not a transfer of ownership or an unrestricted right to advertise with your private content.
AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for exclusive rights. Third-party content, marks, images, and platform material remain subject to their owners' rights. Do not publish material you lack the right to use.
8. Plans, payments, cancellation, and refunds#
Paid subscriptions are purchased through Dodo Payments as merchant of record, using its hosted checkout and the transaction terms presented there. Monthly plans are billed monthly; annual plans are billed for the full year, with a monthly equivalent displayed for comparison. Checkout shows the final price, currency, taxes where applicable, and subscription terms before payment. By completing a recurring subscription purchase, you authorize charges at the displayed billing interval until renewal is cancelled under the applicable terms.
Use Manage billing in the dashboard to update payment details or cancel renewal through the Dodo Payments customer portal. A cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period preserves active access until the provider confirms the subscription has ended. Payment failures or other inactive subscription states can suspend paid access. Cancel renewal before deleting a paid account.
Paid plan access is account-wide and is activated or changed only after Saletise verifies the payment or subscription with Dodo Payments, including an active Starter trial subscription. Opening checkout or returning from it does not confirm payment. Provider confirmation may take time. A displayed plan, allowance, or preview price is not itself a payment receipt.
Changing an existing subscription can involve an immediate prorated charge or adjustment. Review the provider payment page before paying. An unsuccessful required payment does not authorize the new plan. Billing & Invoices shows provider-confirmed subscription and transaction information, refund status where available, and downloadable invoices for successful payments. A provider outage can temporarily prevent access to these records.
For a billing, cancellation, or refund request, email [email protected] with your account email, payment or invoice identifier, and an explanation. Do not send card numbers, security codes, passwords, or payment credentials. Refund requests are reviewed individually under the applicable purchase terms and mandatory rights; these terms do not promise a fixed refund window or a money-back guarantee. Approved refunds are processed through Dodo Payments, and timing depends on the provider and payment method.
Cancelling renewal does not itself request or guarantee a refund for a previous charge or unused time. A refund request does not itself cancel future renewal; manage cancellation separately and check the confirmed subscription status. Any mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, disclosure, or consumer-protection rights take precedence over conflicting service terms.
8a. Starter free trial#
Starter currently offers a 3-day free trial with monthly or yearly billing when the trial is offered in Dodo Payments checkout. Free refers to the trial period, not an ongoing free subscription. The trial provides Starter features and allowances; it does not unlock Business, Premium, or coming-soon features. Review the trial duration, first charge date, subsequent price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes in checkout before confirming.
A payment method is required to start the trial. Completing a recurring trial subscription authorizes the paid subscription to begin automatically after the trial unless you cancel before it ends. The selected monthly price is then charged monthly, or the full annual price is charged yearly. An annual price displayed as a monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment option.
To avoid the first subscription charge, cancel before the trial ends using Manage billing in Billing & Invoices and confirm the cancellation with Dodo Payments. Contact [email protected] promptly if you cannot access cancellation. Closing a tab, stopping outreach, not using the service, or deleting a project or account does not cancel the subscription. A later plan change does not guarantee another free trial.
Trial access begins only after Saletise verifies an active subscription with Dodo Payments. If the trial ends without an active paid subscription, or the first or later required payment fails, workspace access and automated services can be suspended. Traffic delivery and inbox sending are paused during a billing suspension. Saved workspace data is not automatically deleted merely because the trial ends; access can resume after the required subscription is verified, subject to the retention policy and other applicable restrictions.
No subscription fee is charged for the free trial itself. Cancellation and a refund request are separate actions. Charges after the trial are subject to the billing and refund provisions above and any mandatory consumer rights.
9. External services#
Email providers, AI services, lead suppliers, publishing sites, Google services, traffic services, and browser stores or browsers have their own terms and policies. Their availability, moderation, pricing, and account decisions are outside our direct control.
Using an integration does not waive your rights against us where the law makes us responsible. You must also comply with applicable third-party requirements for the actions you request.
10. Ending or restricting service#
You can stop outreach, delete a project, or request account deletion through the available controls or support. Account deletion does not retract delivered emails or public posts from third-party systems.
We may restrict or suspend activity reasonably necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, recipient objections, abuse, or material breach. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. Applicable refund and other mandatory rights continue to apply.
11. Service limitations and legal responsibility#
We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, guaranteed delivery, or a particular commercial result. You should keep copies of material you need and avoid relying solely on generated assessments for important decisions.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, consumer protections, privacy rights, or other obligations where doing so would be unlawful. No mandatory right is waived merely by using Saletise. Any responsibility for loss is determined under applicable law and any valid separate agreement.
12. Changes, applicable law, and contact#
Applicable law determines the rights and obligations that cannot be excluded by these terms. Disputes may be brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. We do not impose mandatory arbitration or an exclusive venue here.
Changes to these terms will be dated. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate service notice or account contact, and additional agreement will be requested where required. A later version does not retroactively remove accrued rights.
Questions or complaints: [email protected]. This contact does not restrict access to a competent regulator or any remedy available under applicable law.
